# Privacy Policy — Non-Cook

## The short version

Non-Cook does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter into the app stays on your device.

## What the app stores

When you use Non-Cook, the following information is saved **locally on your device only**:

- Recipe titles, descriptions, and steps you write
- Ingredient lists you create
- Photos you add to recipes
- Categories you create
- App settings (such as your preferred language)

None of this information ever leaves your device. It is not uploaded to any server, shared with any third party, or accessible to us in any way.

## What we do not collect

- We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools
- We do not show advertisements
- We do not use cookies
- We do not access your location
- We do not share any data with third parties

## Photos and camera

Non-Cook lets you add photos to your recipes. Photos are selected using the system photo picker provided by Apple. The app only accesses photos you explicitly choose to add. We have no access to your photo library beyond what you actively select.

## Data deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. We have no copy of your data and cannot restore it once deleted.

## iCloud

Non-Cook does not currently use iCloud or any other cloud service. Your data is stored on-device only and is not synced across devices.

## Children's privacy

Non-Cook does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

## Changes to this policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
